ORDER
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
SHIPPING
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We live in Baja, Mexico but ship everything via USPS from San Diego, California 91910.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we are happy to ship worldwide.  Items are sent via USPS First Class International or Priority International, depending upon the weight and size of the package.

Q: When is your next shipping date?
A: We ship almost every Monday and Wednesday.  We leave for the US at least one day earlier though.  If you visit our 'About Us' page you can see our scheduled dates.  Please email if you have any questions.
DISCOUNTS
Q: Do you discount shipping costs on multiple purchases?
A: Yes, we do.  If you are interested on more than one item (of course you are!) just email us and we'll send you the combined shipping cost.  Be sure to tell us which items you are interested in and your zip code/country.

Q: What do I have to do to join Rumplesdump's Frequent Buyer Club?
A: You don't have to do anything.  We'll track your Counted Cross Stitch purchases (using your email address) and as soon as you've made at least two purchases and spent $50.00 or more we will issue a $5 discount/refund.
