This design was adapted from an original Victorian motto piece of perforated needlework. The original motto text was produced in the United States in the 1870's and 1880's. The design is charted to be stitched on 14 count perforated paper, as the original piece was, or on 14 count or 28 count (over 2) fabric. Antique White or Vintage Country Cream from Zweigart are the best fabric colors for this design.
